Information. We process your mobile number, name if provided, contact email used for an enrollment invitation, enrollment choices, consent and withdrawal records, the notices you accepted, confirmation responses, message content and attachments you send, and delivery information. When you authorize messages through another method, we retain the relevant authorization text and supporting form, document or written communication, along with the date, method and internal record of who documented it. We may retain limited technical request information for security, abuse prevention and documenting consent. Avoid including sensitive personal information in messages.
Use. We use this information to process and confirm enrollment, respond to customer inquiries, provide requested project and service updates, deliver separately authorized promotional messages, maintain message preferences, investigate delivery issues and provide support. We do not treat a customer record or a service-message subscription as consent to promotions.
Mobile information and consent. We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their independent purposes. Providers supporting delivery, CRM operation and security process only the information necessary for those services, subject to appropriate restrictions. We may disclose information when legally required.
Frequency and charges. Service and promotional message frequency varies based on your requests, projects and our campaigns. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
Choices. Service and promotional subscriptions are optional and separate. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe; we may send a final opt-out confirmation. Reply HELP or email info@brightcodeinnovations.com for assistance. Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, subject to applicable retention obligations. A website enrollment alone does not remove an existing opt-out.
Protection and retention. Access is limited to authorized personnel and necessary service providers. We retain information for as long as needed to operate the program, document consent and withdrawals, investigate issues and satisfy applicable obligations. Pending, unconfirmed requests expire and are subject to limited retention for security and dispute handling. No transmission or storage system is completely secure.
